Due to the flexibility and weight of the cover, it can be easily handled by one person making covering your furniture after every use nice and easy. It can also be easily folded back into the bag and put away for easy storage. This cover comes with a multi-piece pole that can easily be assembled and used to give the cover rigidity, making it much easier to put on and take off. It is inserted into the seam of the cover at the base through the small cut in the fabric and can be left in there during use. It can be removed and folded away with the cover when not in use.
Delivery & Returns
Returning an item
Where a product is being returned for whatever reason, it must be appropriately re-packaged and clearly labelled as advised, for its return.
Where a product is damaged or faulty, we shall organise the collection. However, if the customer has decided to return the product for personal reasons there will be a Collection Fee which will be advised at the time of notification.
If a collection has been agreed and arranged with the Customer, and yet on arrival at the property it could not be executed, then a wasted journey fee may be chargeable.
ClearSpell reserves the right to arrange any product exchanges via the supplier direct.
Refunds
Where a refund is applicable this shall be processed between 1-7 working days.
A full refund shall be given in the event of a product not being available nor an alternative is acceptable.
A full refund shall be given in the event of a damaged or faulty product whereby a replacement is not available.
If a refund is offered following a customer’s request to return an as ordered, undamaged product, we will refund the original purchase price, less the original delivery charge if applicable, provided that the Product is returned to us in a saleable condition.
If a refund is offered as a consequence of a late accepted delivery, then this shall not equate to more than the delivery charge paid.

At Clearspell, we aim to get your garden furniture to you as quickly and safely as possible. Below you'll find everything you need to know about our delivery process, timescales, and what to expect once you've placed your order.
Standard UK Mainland Delivery
We offer free delivery on orders over £50 to addresses on the UK mainland. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days, and delivery typically takes 3–7 working days, depending on the product and your location. For made-to-order or pre-order items, estimated delivery dates will be displayed on the product page.
Delivery Partners
We work with trusted courier and logistics partners, including Evri, ParcelForce, DPD, DHL, DX, Team Express Logistics, Panther, and specialised furniture delivery services, to ensure your items arrive safely. Larger furniture sets are often delivered on a pallet or by a two-man delivery team, and you’ll be contacted in advance to arrange a convenient day.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's progress. For multi-item orders, items may arrive separately, depending on warehouse locations. Where two-man delivery services are required, tracking may not always be possible, but delivery dates will be agreed.
Delivery to Remote Areas
Delivery to certain areas such as Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Isle of Wight, and other offshore UK locations may incur an additional charge or take longer. Please get in touch with us before placing your order if you're unsure about your area.
Supplier Direct Deliveries
Some items, particularly larger furniture sets, may be delivered directly from our supplier. This allows us to avoid unnecessary delays and reduce double handling, ensuring your order arrives as safely and efficiently as possible. In these cases, delivery may take a little longer, but we'll always keep you updated with expected timeframes.
